Delivery & collection policy

Production lead time

All trailers are manufactured after your order is confirmed. Production takes generally 2–3 working days or 5–7 working days, depending on the trailer type. The lead time is shown on every product page. Trailers are not available for immediate dispatch unless we confirm stock in writing.

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. The delivery fee depends on distance and is quoted to you in writing before payment. Delivery is arranged once production is complete; we will agree a delivery date with you.

Personal collection

Collection from our workshop is free. We will notify you when your trailer is ready. Please bring your ID and proof of payment.

Inspection

Please inspect your trailer on delivery or collection and report any issue to us immediately.
