Returns & refunds policy

Because every trailer is manufactured to your order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once manufacturing has started. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before we confirm it and start manufacturing. Any payment made will be refunded in full by EFT within 10 business days.

Defective trailers

If your trailer has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 6 months of delivery or collection. We will repair or replace the trailer, or refund you, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. We cover the cost of returning a defective trailer.

How to make a claim

Email sales@accesstrailers.co.za or call +27 00 000 0000 with your order details and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are paid by EFT within 10 business days.
