Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all sales by Access Trailers, South Africa.

1. Products

Access Trailers manufactures and sells trailers. We do not rent trailers. All trailers are made to order; no product is available for immediate dispatch unless we confirm stock in writing.

2. Orders

An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing.

3. Prices

Prices are in ZAR and shown on each product page. Delivery fees are quoted before payment. We will honour the price shown at the time of your order.

4. Lead times

Production generally takes 2–3 or 5–7 working days after confirmation, depending on the trailer type. We will inform you promptly of any delay.

5. Roadworthiness & registration

Trailers are supplied with the documents needed for licensing. Registration and licensing with your local authority are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
